On the sleeper hook for pierced ears, we love the detail of the two diamond-effect rhinestones. Our protective eye medallion takes center stage with its crown paved with sparkling rhinestones for a very elegant look. Three small rhinestone chains invite accumulation, linked on either side by an opal-effect stone.
