It is made of a link composed of multicolored beads, adorned with a shark tooth, a large pintles chain with an ancient coin, a crystal decorated with semi-precious stones and a wide hammered medal. It is a 4 rows necklace, but you can chose to wear only 2, 3 or 4 of them.
